Returns & refunds
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here are the rules of the road so you know what to expect.

The 7-day window
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return on most products. Open a request from the order detail page in your account and our team gets back within one business day.
Tip: take a quick unboxing photo when your order arrives. It speeds up any return claim you might raise later.
What qualifies for a return
- Sealed, unopened, in original packaging — full refund
- Opened but unused, all accessories intact — full refund minus a small restocking fee
- Faulty / defective on arrival (DOA) — full refund or free replacement
- Wrong item sent or damaged in transit — full refund or free replacement
Not eligible: items damaged through misuse, items missing accessories or boxes, software/digital products, consumables (screen protectors), and items returned outside the 7-day window.
How returns work
- Open the order in Account → Orders and tap "Return this item".
- Tell us what's wrong and upload photos if there's visible damage.
- We confirm via WhatsApp within one business day and arrange pickup.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 2 business days.

- Paystack card
- Back to the same card within 5 business days
- Paystack transfer
- Bank transfer to the account you tell us
Exchanges
We don't formally do exchanges — we refund the original item and you place a new order for the one you actually want. This keeps stock accurate and you in control of what you're paying for.
