Returns & refunds

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here are the rules of the road so you know what to expect.

The 7-day window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return on most products. Open a request from the order detail page in your account and our team gets back within one business day.

Tip: take a quick unboxing photo when your order arrives. It speeds up any return claim you might raise later.

What qualifies for a return

  • Sealed, unopened, in original packaging — full refund
  • Opened but unused, all accessories intact — full refund minus a small restocking fee
  • Faulty / defective on arrival (DOA) — full refund or free replacement
  • Wrong item sent or damaged in transit — full refund or free replacement

Not eligible: items damaged through misuse, items missing accessories or boxes, software/digital products, consumables (screen protectors), and items returned outside the 7-day window.

How returns work

  1. Open the order in Account → Orders and tap "Return this item".
  2. Tell us what's wrong and upload photos if there's visible damage.
  3. We confirm via WhatsApp within one business day and arrange pickup.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 2 business days.

Exchanges

We don't formally do exchanges — we refund the original item and you place a new order for the one you actually want. This keeps stock accurate and you in control of what you're paying for.
