- 12 months — manufacturer warranty, claimed via Pistice
- Audio (earbuds, speakers)
- 6 months — Pistice warranty
- Powerbanks
- 6 months — Pistice warranty
- Accessories (cables, cases, chargers)
- 3 months — Pistice warranty
- Consumables (screen guards, films)
- Not warrantied
Warranty starts on delivery date. Keep your order number — that's your proof of purchase and lookup key.
What warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Component failure under normal use
- Battery issues outside expected wear (significant capacity drop within the first 6 months)
- Charging-port or button failure not caused by liquid damage
What warranty does not cover
- Liquid damage, cracked screens, drops, and other physical damage
- Damage from third-party chargers / non-original cables
- Software issues caused by jailbreaking, rooting, or modded firmware
- Cosmetic wear from normal use
- Loss or theft
How to claim
- Open the order in Account → Orders and tap "Open warranty claim" on the relevant item.
- Describe the issue and upload photos or a short video.
- Our team reviews within one business day and replies on WhatsApp.
- We either repair, replace, or refund — depending on what the brand authorizes.
You're never on your own with the manufacturer. Pistice is your single point of contact — we deal with the brand for you.
