We're physically based in Ughelli, Delta State. We deliver everywhere in Nigeria — same-day or next-day in our home zone, and 2–5 business days nationwide via reliable waybill partners.

Every order has a unique number (e.g. PSC-A4N2K) shown on the confirmation screen and in the email/WhatsApp confirmation we send. Use it on the Track order page or in your Account → Orders for live status.

• Packed — sealed for delivery
• Dispatched — with a rider or waybill agent (waybill number shown)
• Delivered — handed off and signed for

We don't dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. If you order Saturday night, the timer starts Monday morning. Heavy rain in the Niger Delta sometimes adds a day — we'll WhatsApp you if anything affects your order.
