Pistice

Terms of service

The agreement between you and Pistice. We've kept it short and in plain English.

Your agreement with us

By creating an account, placing an order, or using any Pistice service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to open an account.
  • Your phone number and email must be real — we use them to confirm orders and deliveries.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
  • We can suspend an account that's used for fraud, chargebacks, or threats against our team.

Orders + pricing

  • An order isn't a contract until we confirm it. We can decline orders that look fraudulent or that we can't fulfill.
  • Prices on the site are the prices that apply, except where there's an obvious typo (e.g. ₦1 for an iPhone). In that case we'll contact you before charging anything.
  • Stock can change between adding to cart and checkout. We'll refund anything we can't fulfill within 24 hours.

Payments

  • We accept Paystack (card + transfer).
  • All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Refunds follow our Returns policy — refund routes there override anything ambiguous here.

Product warranty

Warranty details for each category live on our Warranty page. Those terms apply on top of (and don't reduce) any rights you have under Nigerian consumer-protection law.

Our content

The Pistice name, logo, site design, copy, and the photos we shoot in-house belong to Pistice Communications. You can share or screenshot anything for personal/non-commercial use — please don't impersonate us or use the brand on something that isn't ours.

Our liability

We're responsible for the product arriving working, on time, and as described. We're not responsible for indirect losses caused by a product (e.g. lost data on a phone). The most we'd refund or compensate is the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that can't be resolved through our support channels will be settled in the courts of Delta State, Nigeria.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms occasionally — most often for a new feature or a clarification. We'll show a banner on the site when we do, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
